Job Description
The Client Data Specialist role at Zelis involves maintaining customer account accuracy and completeness, specifically related to payer contracts and fee schedules. The position supports Client Success Managers and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful account readiness.
Requirements
- Associates degree & 1 year or HS Diploma and 3 yrs
- Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing.
- Proficiency in using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
