Job Description
Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience. The Client Solutions Consultant serves as a client-facing, post-implementation strategic solution advisor for assigned accounts, focused on optimizing the performance and value realization of Zelis products and solutions within their client portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Heath Care Administration, or related preferred.
- 2+ years in client facing role and experience in account management in the healthcare industry, payment integrity, claim pricing, provider networks a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Suite products
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of client pain points, business processes, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; skilled in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
