Job Description
Zelis is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic acumen, cross-functional skills, and a proven ability to drive team and Enterprise-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO and marketing leadership
- Break down complex marketing topics and synthesize inputs into clear, insight-rich, succinct narratives
- Translate narratives into compelling, executive-ready presentations
- Elevate awareness and understanding of Marketing initiatives through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Synthesize deliverables for quarterly business rhythms and monthly marketing-wide business reviews
- Co-develop and refine ongoing success metrics and KPIs
- Support talent management and development initiatives
