Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, Transformation, or related roles
- Demonstrated project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Experience working across Marketing, Sales, and IT within CRM-driven, matrixed environments with executive visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Project management and change management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, PROSCI) are a strong plus.
