We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage and grow US school partnerships and support educators. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires relationship building, strategy, and urgency to fulfill school and educator needs. Requirements

• Manage and grow US school partnerships
• Support educators
• Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners
• Upsell Zen products and services
• Act as a responsive, central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders
• Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators
• Maintain constant contact with active educators
• Coach educators and improve their performance in schools
