Job Description
Zenas is a clinical-stage global biopharmaceutical company seeking a Regional Business Director for its Immunology division. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, strategic execution, and customer engagement across a defined geographic region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years leading field sales teams.
- Experience in rheumatology, immunology, rare disease, biologics, or specialty care strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance in highly competitive specialty markets.
