Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how Product works across teams. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, product execution, and enablement—owning the systems, rituals, and tooling that turn company priorities into focused, well-resourced product work.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar product-adjacent role.
- Deep familiarity with modern product teams, tools, and delivery models.
- Strong facilitation skills—comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Systems thinker who can balance strategy with execution.
- Practical experience improving processes and making adjustments (not just documenting them).
- Curiosity and pragmatism around AI and automation in internal workflows.
