AI Services Consultant

We're looking for an AI Services Consultant to provide technical solutions and remove roadblocks for our customers to drive resolutions on our AI Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, consulting expertise, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex configurations and optimizing AI solutions to drive transformative business outcomes.

Requirements

• Consulting expertise with the ability to assess client needs, develop strategic solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills with the ability to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly Zendesk AI products, with the ability to implement and optimize these solutions effectively.
• Agility and adaptability with the ability to work effectively in diverse and dynamic environments.
• Problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
