Zendesk is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its AI Copilot team, delivering AI/ML powered features for customers at Zendesk scale.
Requirements
- Fluent in at least one of Python or Ruby
- At least 3 years of background in building, scaling, and operating large scale applications
- Previous experience delivering AI products
- Fluency with RESTful API, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-like AWS or GCP
