Talent Acquisition Partner

Zendesk is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment team in Mexico City. The role will involve partnering with customer teams, sourcing, screening, and business partnering to drive hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, direct sourcing skills, and excellent networking and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in an In-house environment
• Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
• Outstanding networking and communication skills
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities
• A confident, comfortable presenter
• A high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Sales market research expertise
• Portuguese is a plus
