Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating technical solutions to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 1-2+ years of experience delivering consulting services and/or programming experience
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
• Strong solution scoping abilities, experience with RESTful APIs, and experience developing applications on the backend and client side
• Experience developing, selling, or supporting SaaS applications, strong communication skills, and English proficiency
• Familiarity with a backend programming language, hands-on experience with Zendesk products, and certifications in Zendesk Administrator and App Developer
