Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Payroll team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with implementation/support project in weekly/monthly/bi-weekly payroll processes. The role involves working closely with US teams and clients to ensure end-to-end payroll management, accurate processing, and timely communication with clients and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with implementation/support project in weekly/monthly/bi-weekly payroll processes
- Good communication skills for understanding client requirements and solution recommendations
- Experience with payroll processing, stop payments, and wage garnishment deduction setup
- Ability to produce various required payroll reports
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including Form 940, 941, W-4, W-2, I-9, FICA, SUTA, etc.
- Experience with payroll systems, including Quick Books Online, Gusto, Rippling, ADP Run, ADP WFN, Trinet, Paylocity, Justworks, etc.
