Lead Customer Success Manager

Zenoti is a cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. We're looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager to create value and drive revenue for our customers. The role requires a strategic and trusted business partner who can analyze customer data, develop recommendations, and drive solutions to deliver results.

Requirements

• Work with large scale enterprise customers
• Experience with SaaS or Cloud technical accounts
• Previous Senior-level Program Management or Product Management experience
• Executive facilitator with excellent presentation and written communication skills
