Legal Counsel

ZeptoLab is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across a wide range of commercial, operational, product, compliance and business matters.

Requirements

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements
• Support internal teams on day-to-day contractual matters
• Track key contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligations
• Support privacy and data protection matters
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks
• Review consumer-facing content, communications, and operational materials
• Provide legal input on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships
• Support the review of new tools, vendors, and business initiatives
• Contribute to internal legal awareness and training initiatives
