Legal Counsel

ZeptoLab is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, operational, product, compliance and business matters. The role works across the group of companies and partners closely with business teams on contracts, compliance and key operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• Support internal teams on contractual matters
• Track key contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligations
• Support privacy and data protection matters
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks
• Review consumer-facing content, communications, and operational materials
• Provide legal input on product launches, campaigns, and partnerships
• Support the review of new tools, vendors, and business initiatives
• Contribute to internal legal awareness and training initiatives
