Legal Counsel

Seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, operational, product, compliance and business matters, including animation licensing and production.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contracts and general in-house legal support
• Experience in compliance and mobile game development business environments is desirable
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills
• Practical, business-oriented and able to manage a varied workload
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and judgment
• Able to work independently while recognising when escalation is required
