Zero Homes is seeking a Lead Recruiter to be the architect of its team's growth. The role involves full-cycle execution, calibration & benchmarking, Denver brand building, in-house community hosting, scaling metrics, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source for diverse roles
• High proficiency with modern ATS platforms, G-Suite automation, and equity management tools
• High energy, relentless follow-through, and a 'Bar-Raiser' mentality
• Living within 40 miles of Denver, CO
