Job Description
Shape the future of electric performance motorcycling across Europe as Zero Motorcycles' Network Development & Dealer Performance Manager. Develop, optimize, and enforce the performance of the European dealer network, maintaining and improving the current dealer network and identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealer partners.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years' experience in dealer network development, dealer performance, or OEM field roles
- Motorcycle, automotive, or mobility OEM environment
- Strong understanding of dealer economics and retail business models
- Proven experience managing dealer performance via KPIs
- Comfortable operating in a commercially tough, performance-driven role
- Experience working across multiple European markets
