Job Description
The North of Germany is a successful area of our DACH region. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - North Germany with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in similar job within Motorcycle industry
- (C2 level) in German, English and preferably other European languages
- Excellent in sales and marketing skills
- Highly pro-active
- Service minded
- Able to device, maintain and execute (sales & marketing) strategies for the German region under her/his scope
- Multi-tasking ability, scheduling, time and project management skills
- Stakeholder management skills: Recognize, define, and manage your stakeholders
- Change management skills: able to lead all your stakeholders through change
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, superior attention to detail
- Diligent, reliable, and tenacious
- Must be physically able to travel for at least 75% of your worktime and approximately 20 weekends x year
- Driver licenses for all power of motorcycles and cars
- Able to deal with sales pressure
- Stress-resistant
- No 9-5 mentality
