Job Description
ZERO Prostate Cancer is seeking a Manager, Regional Development to join their team. The role will focus on driving fundraising, sponsorships, and event management of Run/Walk events as part of ZERO’s National Run/Walk Series. The successful candidate will have experience in empowering individuals to fundraise through peer-to-peer style events within a nonprofit organization, with a strong focus on building relationships and securing sponsors.
Requirements
- Lead existing volunteer committees and build new executive volunteer committees to assist with the fundraising and production of each Run/Walk event within the portfolio.
- Executing sponsorship renewals, prospecting and cold calling to bring in new business for the ZERO Run/Walk Series.
- Monitor the performance of fundraisers and fundraising teams to ensure timely responsiveness to new registrants, recognize fundraisers, encourage competition, and to spark new ideas to deepen fundraising results.
