Job Description
Zeta Global is seeking an AI Solutions & Enablement Intern to support the AI Operations team in driving AI solutioning and enablement across the company. The intern will contribute to research, agent development, educational materials, adoption analytics, and client-related work, with hands-on experience with emerging AI tools and the opportunity to develop key readiness resources.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills
- Ability to write clear instructions and documentation
- Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous or evolving situations
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, incorporating feedback and supporting shared goals
