Job Description
Zeta Global is seeking an Enterprise Operations AI Intern to support the intake of work for non-CRM parts of the business into CRM, and to manage dashboards. The intern will help streamline intake processes, improve data accuracy and visibility through automation and AI-driven insights, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, especially large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or copilots.
- Basic experience with prompt engineering, workflow design, or building simple automations.
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages for prototyping and integrations.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations (preferred but not required).
