Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and compliance-oriented Accounting Specialist to oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and banking operations. The ideal candidate is a CA/CWA with around 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with exposure to statutory compliance and audit processes.

Requirements

• CA/CWA with approximately 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation
• Experience in a Big 4 or mid-sized accounting/tax consulting firm will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems (e.g., Tally)
• Strong understanding of IGAAP; exposure to IFRS desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Orientation toward compliance and process improvement
