Job Description
This position involves providing expert advice and selling our organic certified baked products and speciality coffee, ensuring smooth customer service operations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, hygienic, and appealing presentation of products in a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- Some experience in customer service or waiting staff
- Ideally experience in using a professional espresso machine
- Passion and love for the baking handwork
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills in German and ideally English
- Good team player
- Thorough and independent way of working
- Awareness of order and cleanliness
