Do you enjoy working in a living environment where residents are independent, but can rely on your support when they need it? In this role, you will support residents in their daily guidance and care and ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.
Requirements
- Work with residents with a mild to moderate intellectual disability or acquired brain injury, sometimes in combination with mild behavioral or psychological problems.
- Provide support with daily activities and daily care
- Guide residents in individual and group activities and stimulate their self-sufficiency, tailored to their possibilities
- Take care of household chores, including cleaning, washing, preparing and clearing meals
- Ensure a safe and pleasant living environment in which you actively contribute to a positive atmosphere in which residents feel seen and heard.

- A salary of at least €2,326 to €3,319 per month (FWG 30) based on 36 hours
- Working conditions in accordance with the CAO Care for People with Disabilities
- Per 1 May 2026 and 1 November 2026, you will receive a 2% salary increase
- 8% holiday pay and 8.33% end-of-year payment
- 144 vacation hours and 57 hours of balance leave per year (based on 36 hours)
- Compensation for the costs of your VOG
