Job Description
We are looking for a Begeleider de Molenwiek to join our team at De Molenwiek, a small-scale living arrangement with 15 residents, located in a quiet and cozy residential area. Our residents appreciate your presence when needed, but also undertake many independent tasks. You know exactly when to adjust and tailor your guidance to the needs of the day. Every resident is unique, and that requires your creativity, flexibility, and empathy.
Requirements
- Diploma in care on MBO 3 level
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative
- Ability to handle irregular and weekend shifts that are scheduled in advance
