We are looking for a Begeleider to work with young adults with an intellectual disability in a safe and cozy environment. The team is open, informal and full of humor, and we share a strong common vision: everyone works from a genuine concern and a warm heart for the residents.

Requirements

• Guiding and motivating residents to achieve their personal goals
• Working closely with other disciplines such as the doctor, behavior expert and job coach
• Maintaining good contact with family and other relatives
