Lab Computing Technician

Zifo is looking for a Lab Computing Technician to join our Lab Computing team, responsible for troubleshooting issues with hardware and software in the pharmaceutical laboratory setting.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Provide positive customer experiences when working with users
• Can manage multiple projects / tickets simultaneously
• Quicky diagnose issues and work to resolve
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment
