Lab Computing Technician

Zifo is looking for a Lab support technician to join our Lab Computing team. This position will work closely with the Lab computing team and clients to troubleshoot issues with hardware and software in the pharmaceutical laboratory setting.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Provide positive customer experiences when working with users
• Can manage multiple projects / tickets simultaneously
• Quicky diagnose issues and work to resolve
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment
