ZigZag is seeking a Country Director to lead in-country operations as an integrated extension of the business and team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with complex engineered-to-order systems
• Experience working with international affiliates, global operations, or in an international leadership role
• Strong understanding of engineering/design operations, project execution, and operational systems
• Proven ability to operate effectively within diverse cultural and organizational environments
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capability in complex settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and process-focused mindset
