The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, requiring strong stakeholder management and data-driven mindset. The role contributes to revenue goals, agile team performance, and broader company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles preferred
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
