Job Description
Zillow's New Construction business is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Program Management to lead a team of Program Managers and Operations Specialists. The role involves overseeing complex product and process launches, driving measurable improvements in scalability, quality, and productivity, and leading structured change management for process and tool updates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or related functions
- 4+ years of experience managing program managers and/or operations specialists
- Deep familiarity with program and project management frameworks
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zuora, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification
