Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance

We’re looking for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and delivering meaningful results. This role will focus on building and scaling a network of high‐performing agents on Zillow who deliver a best‐in‐class customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing products from concept to launch, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical abilities; you pair data with intuition to define product strategy, roadmaps, and development tradeoffs
• Proficient in modern product discovery techniques and familiar with agile methodologies
• Demonstrated technical skill and comfort evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of product approaches and proposals
• Demonstrated strategic vision and leadership, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Expert verbal and written communicator with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and leaders at all levels of the organization
