Senior Commercial Counsel

Senior commercial counsel supporting Sales, partnerships, and product development in a regulated fintech environment, enabling revenue growth and compliant product innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• JD (or equivalent) and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• Proven experience partnering closely with Sales or commercial teams and leading complex negotiations
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk, customer experience, and revenue impact
• Experience in fintech, payments, consumer finance, or other regulated industries
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to guide compliant product design and launches
