Job Description
Zipline is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing material revenue contracts alongside the Sales Team. The role requires 6+ years of relevant legal experience, a JD degree, and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house
- JD Degree is required
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Deep understanding of and familiarity with commercial and revenue contracts
- Clear, cogent, and pragmatic contract drafting skills
- Effective, tactful, friendly, and high-integrity negotiation skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
