Backend Developer (Python)

We are looking for a Mid- to Senior-level Backend Developer with strong experience in Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has solid experience with modern backend development practices, is comfortable working with distributed systems, and prioritizes code quality, reliability, and testing.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python backend development
• Experience building applications using Flask
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-based architectures
• Experience working with Git-based workflows (GitHub)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong focus on testing, reliability, and code quality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Advanced English communication skills
• Must be located in Latam
