Human Resource Business Partner, Côte d'Ivoire

Zipline is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner to drive a high performance culture within its operations team in Côte d'Ivoire. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of HR and be able to build highly motivated and engaged teams, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to drive high performance culture and team engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a People or Human Resource role
• Fluency in written & spoken English and French
• Ability to build strong relationships and earn trust with team members
• Solid intuition on how to drive organization change
• Ability to spot and help solve humans working with human problems
• Physically accessible and approachable
• Demonstrated ability to deliver hard messages to leaders directly
• Ability to cut through complex issues and find simple solutions
• High level of discretion with sensitive people's information
• Ability to act impartially and objectively
• Must be eligible to work in Côte d'Ivoire
