Job Description
As a Learner Success Advocate for Artificial Intelligence (AI), you'll serve as the main point of contact and guide for learners enrolled in our AI course. You will work approximately 10-15 hours per week, spanning 5 to 7 weeks, to ensure learners stay engaged, feel supported, and successfully complete the program.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles
- Solid knowledge of—AI technologies, particularly prompt engineering and tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, troubleshoot common issues, and explain concepts clearly
