Program Manager, FDC - Build Execution

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Program Manager, FDC - Build Execution to drive operational planning, sequencing, and cross-functional coordination to support the company's fiber build strategy. The ideal candidate will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a large, distributed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting or construction
• Strong end-to-end understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness
• Knowledge of permitting processes and third-party utility coordination
• Experience managing operational backlogs and turning high-volume work queues into structured execution paths
• Proven success driving accountability in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect detailed operational data to broader program outcomes
• Effective communicator able to simplify complex concepts and influence technical and operational teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and program tracking tools
