Program Manager, FDC - Build Execution

Program Manager, Fiber Design & Construction (FDC) – Build Execution is a hands-on program leader responsible for driving the operational planning, sequencing, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination needed to support Ziply’s fiber build strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting or construction.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and third-party utility coordination.
• Experience managing operational backlogs and turning high-volume work queues into structured execution paths.
• Proven success driving accountability in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect detailed operational data to broader program outcomes.
• Effective communicator able to simplify complex concepts and influence technical and operational teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and program tracking tools.
