Senior Outside Plant Network Planning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Planning Engineer to oversee network growth, modernization, consolidation, and advancement needs in a fiber-focused business. The Planner will use various inputs to determine the optimal network distribution solutions based on demand, architecture, funding, and anticipated growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or job-related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally to achieve positive outcomes
• Ability to work in a team environment driven by partnerships and collaborate with colleagues
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and work within critical deadlines
• Ability to operate with a customer-focus mindset
