This is an exciting opportunity to join the executive leadership team at ZMC Hotels, LLC. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to provide executive-level leadership, direction, and support across our portfolio of 47 hotels located in 18 states.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in human resources, talent management, and workplace technology
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to four Regional Human Resource Managers
- Lead executive-level recruitment efforts for General Managers, corporate support team positions, and hotel leadership roles
- Research, design, and implement competitive compensation structures, employee benefits programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee incentive initiatives
- Oversee administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, talent development, succession planning, and annual Open Enrollment processes
- Serve as the primary resource for complex employee relations matters, human resources concerns, benefits questions, and organizational challenges
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational and business objectives
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
