Job Description
We are looking for a Meeting & Events Specialist Intern to join our international team at Zoku in Vienna. As a natural connector with a passion for creating unforgettable events, you'll handle the M&E inbox, guide clients from inquiry to booking, and optimize event processes.
Requirements
- Handle M&E inbox and phone calls, qualify leads, conduct site visits, and guide clients from inquiry to booking.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and upselling to ensure each event is optimized for both the client and Zoku.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to flawlessly execute events.
