Job Description
We are looking for a Meeting & Events Specialist Intern to join our team at Zoku Amsterdam. As a natural connector with a passion for creating unforgettable events, you'll be responsible for guiding clients from their first inquiry to a flawless post-event experience. You'll work closely with our M&E Specialist, Sales and Operations teams to optimize bookings, refine event processes, and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ambitious commercial drive and hospitable character
- Ability to keep a cool head and warm smile even during busy and stressful times
- Good eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in communication- and reservation- oriented roles
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
- EU residency or valid working and living permit in the Netherlands
