Associate Service Business Administration Coordinator

Requirements

• Assist in the preparation and management of service repair estimates in global ERP system.
• Manage and track customer contact activity and ensure all correspondence is documented accurately.
• Process and track customer repair services, ensuring timely payments and quick turnaround time, with accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain and update customer and service records in the database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with service teams to provide customer responses on repair inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide administrative support for service-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist with generating data reports and reviewing accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
• Support the Service Business Administration Supervisor with various tasks as needed.
