Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human factors, engineering, health sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience assisting or leading user research, usability testing, or observational studies in a regulated or structured environment
- Ability to lead research activities under the direction of a human factors or research professional
- Ability to write and follow step by step study instructions, protocols, and procedures accurately and consistently
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office products
