(Contract) Human Factors Study Lead

Kymanox is hiring a Human Factors Study Lead (Contract) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science (or relevant degree) and a minimum of 3 years' relative experience with executing and moderating HF studies (formative or validation).

Requirements

• Lead specific client consulting efforts
• Support human factors analysis of new and existing medical products
• Support planning, execution, and reporting of human factors research studies
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Lead execution of human factors consulting projects
• Design, development, implementation, moderation, data analysis, and report writing of human factors activities
• Coach and support team members in technical expertise and practical implementation
