Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as IT Support / Technology
- Experience with medical device products - Advantage
- Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Highly organized person with exceptional attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible work hours to support global activity as needed
- Fluent English - a must, other languages - an advantage (French/Dutch)
