You strive to find the best solutions for our customers based on the growing knowledge of our software. If you can't answer, you make sure that all important information is structured and passed on to our 2nd-Level-Support team.
You are an important part of our hotline team and cover the phone times (Mo-Fr 6:30-20:00) in a shift system - always ready to help our customers with a smile. Your communication skills are put to good use here!
Last but not least, you actively work on improving our support companion to make support even better. Your input counts!
To get started with us, you don't necessarily have to live in Thuringia, because we are looking for active support throughout Germany. In support, an appointment is possible 100% in the home office, but the induction will take place partly in our office in Jena.
A part-time job is also possible, but it would be ideal if you could offer at least 32 hours of your time per week.
