Job Description
Zones is seeking a Network Technician to provide hands-on support for Google Video Conferencing (GVC) systems across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has strong networking fundamentals and experience with Google Workspace and GVC devices.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain Google Meet hardware
- Troubleshoot Google Meet connectivity, audio/video quality, and device registration issues
- Diagnose and resolve network issues affecting video conferencing performance
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for video conferencing issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
